New Website: The Children of Southeast Asia
Hi everyone. I'd like to announce the premiere of The Children of Southeast Asia, the first of several websites related to my recent trip To Cambodia, Laos and Thailand.
http://edwebproject.org/children/
This particular site is a portrait gallery of the many young people we met during our travels. It's a subsection of a much larger educational site I'm designing on Cambodia and Laos that will explore the history of these countries in the context of our travel diaries. Though it'll be some time before the rest of the site will be complete, I thought some of you might enjoy this particular section. Stay tuned for related websites on the Khmer Rouge genocide, the ruins of the Khmer empire at Angkor, and the ancient, isolated Lao city-state of Luang Prabang....
